One visit, an ordered list.

You book an agreed amount of time and choose the order of the work. For example, mowing could come first, followed by edges and then hand weeding if time remains. That is a way to organise the visit, not a promise that all three will fit.

A maintained lawn, long growth and dense garden beds need different amounts of work. Tell us the current condition and what matters most. You choose the duration and priorities. We confirm the written quote before a booking is agreed.

If you choose a shorter time block, some tasks may remain unfinished. Work stops when the agreed booking time ends; extra time needs agreement.

Prepare the useful details.

• Identify the lawn, beds or shrubs you want worked on, in priority order.
• Mention narrow gates, steps, slopes, shared access and obstacles that affect equipment access.
• Tell us about pets and how they will be kept away from the work area.
• Agree where clippings and prunings will stay: your green bin or bagged in an agreed spot. We do not take green waste away.

Leave keys, alarm codes and private access instructions out of the enquiry form. Access arrangements can be agreed separately before the visit.

Mulgrave is the starting point for our travel planning. We still check the actual service address, intended appointment time and job requirements. There is no walk-in office or fixed daily booking availability advertised here.

The wider catchment is a maximum 25-minute drive from Mulgrave at the planned visit time. Berwick and Cranbourne North are excluded. Other suburbs need the checks explained in our service-area guide.

One-off or repeat care can be discussed. A repeat schedule depends on growth, weather and agreed availability; sending an enquiry does not reserve future visits.
